AFGE Local 1302 has suspended all Labor Management Relations (LMR) with the Warden and Executive Staff at the United States Penitentiary, Administrative Maximum, Florence, Colorado (Fed SuperMax) because of Management’s refusal to deal with the Union in good faith, failure to treat all staff fair and equitably, creation of an unsafe work place, and repeatedly blatant violations of the Labor Management Agreement.
